Thank you, Helen. The restaurant is great, they use products that are grown in the kitchen garden right on the premises. The kitchen itself is open, so you can watch the preparation of the meals. The cheese cake is terrific, so I was surprised about the seemingly ‘coarse’ way in which it is prepared. But then they bake them in big quantities, unlike our homebaked one single cake.
