Is it safe?

… and met these people on her way
Two people sitting on a balcony, a barber attending a client, a small child on a bike leaving the stage and people enjoying their coffee on a terrace. All in one picture, spotted at the Rambla de la Llibertat in Girona.
On the Rambla in the centre of Figueres a work of art has been installed to honour Dalí’s memory. To tell the truth, I did not immediately recognize his portrait and only thought it must be him when I saw his characteristic moustache.
Anyway, I had a bit of fun trying to capture the reflection and people just walking past without giving it another look.
Mirrors are always fun and I like to play with their reflections. These I found on a recent flea market thinking they were three of them. Only at home I saw the fourth one with the image of the Beefeater and my husband!
During my thirty years in Dordrecht (Netherlands) I took a great amount of pictures in the marine, a lovely area with canals partly filled with boats. This is one of those photos.
For quite some time I had been watching these women talking, well, especially the woman with the glasses.
I still wonder what the handkerchief of the other woman was for: did she have a cold or did she wipe away some tears, or was it quite something else?
Along the river near Besalú a route of different sculptures is layed out. This one dimensional chair attracts a lot of attention, not in the least because of its shadow.
This photo was taken in between films during the International Rotterdam Film Festival 2016 (IRFF).
